I’m looking for a poem or saying that includes a list of what not to do to children something like- if a child is ridiculed he will be shy etc. etc. I read it several years ago but do not know author. Can you help me?

These sayings/quotes are quiet divarting to the real world of what many of us call the “space age”.
I would personaly liek to see latin quotes or some other then what you have to offer, these are things many may have seen so try to look for new qoutes/sayings.
